Assistant Store Manager

job description

As the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for participating in determining and managing the day to day needs of the business. This includes, but is not limited to; employee scheduling and management, inventory management, store display management and online platform updating.
The Assistant Store Manager must also participate in a Customer Specialist Role whereas you are able to manage customer needs and fulfil them to the best of your ability.
This includes baking and fulfilling orders, troubleshooting challenges as they arise, maintaining our high standards for a safe and clean work environment, and assisting the team and management to build a successful small business. 

qualifications

Energetic with a love of interacting with people
Quick learner and thrives in a team setting
Adaptable and excels in a fast paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet for up to 10 hours
Strong computer skills and financial aptitude
Ability to manage a small team
Must be available to work as early as 7am and as late as 7pm Tuesday to Sunday. Additional hours are needed in December and during other holidays. 
​Preference given to candidates with prior management experience, particularly within the food industry. 
No baking experience required
